These Terms of Service apply to TulipSoft services, including Calendar Flow. By using a TulipSoft service, you agree to these terms.
1. Scope
These terms govern the use of websites, web applications, content, and related features provided by TulipSoft.
2. TulipSoft Account
Some services require TulipSoft Login. You are responsible for actions taken through your account and for keeping your login environment secure.
3. Service Use
You may use TulipSoft services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the services.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You must not misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt systems, infringe rights, submit unlawful content, or use the services in a way that harms other users or TulipSoft.
You must not investigate, analyze, use, or provide to a third party any non-public specifications, structure, behavior, screen layout, functional configuration, data structure, or other technical or business information learned through TulipSoft services for the purpose of imitating, designing, developing, or providing a product or service identical or substantially similar to a TulipSoft service.
This includes using information obtained through reverse engineering, automated analysis, systematic feature research, or similar methods for the purpose described above.
5. External Services
TulipSoft services may connect to external services such as Google services. External services are provided by their respective providers and may be subject to separate terms and availability.
6. Intellectual Property
TulipSoft and its licensors retain rights in the services, software, design, and content. You retain rights to data and content that you lawfully provide or create through the services.
7. Service Changes and Suspension
TulipSoft may change, suspend, or discontinue services when necessary for maintenance, security, operational reasons, legal compliance, or service improvement.
8. Account Suspension or Termination
TulipSoft may restrict or terminate access when use violates these terms, creates security risk, or is otherwise necessary to protect users, TulipSoft, or the services.
9. Data
The handling of personal information and Google user data is described in the TulipSoft Privacy Policy. Service-specific data may be retained as needed to provide the service unless it is deleted through an available product feature or by an accepted deletion request.
10. Calendar Flow Terms
Calendar Flow requires TulipSoft Login. Google Calendar is an external service provided by Google. Google Calendar OAuth is performed only when you explicitly connect Google Calendar after TulipSoft Login. Creating, editing, deleting, or moving events may change Google Calendar data. Google Calendar events remain managed by Google Calendar, while Flow Links, lanes, task status, activity metadata, and diagram relationships are Calendar Flow metadata. Disconnecting Google Calendar revokes the current Google OAuth access token and does not automatically delete Calendar Flow cloud metadata.
11. Paid Services
Fees, billing cycles, and other conditions for paid services are displayed on the applicable service's pricing page or purchase screen.
Recurring paid services automatically renew on the displayed billing cycle until you cancel. You may cancel before the next renewal date and, unless otherwise displayed, continue to use the service through the end of the paid period after cancellation.
Paid fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
12. Disclaimers
TulipSoft services are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TulipSoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the services.
14. Indemnification
If you violate these terms or misuse TulipSoft services and thereby cause TulipSoft damage, you are responsible for compensating TulipSoft for the damage incurred.
15. Changes to These Terms
TulipSoft may revise these terms when necessary. Updated terms become effective when published on this website unless otherwise stated.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, unless a mandatory law provides otherwise. The Nara District Court or Nara Summary Court has exclusive agreed jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute arising between you and TulipSoft in connection with these terms or TulipSoft services.
17. Seller Information
For paid TulipSoft services, the seller's name, address, and telephone number will be provided by email or another electronic means without delay upon request, allowing adequate time to make a purchase decision.
