Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to TulipSoft services, including Calendar Flow. By using a TulipSoft service, you agree to these terms.
1. Scope
These terms govern the use of websites, web applications, content, and related features provided by TulipSoft.
2. TulipSoft Account
Some services require TulipSoft Login. You are responsible for actions taken through your account and for keeping your login environment secure.
3. Service Use
You may use TulipSoft services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the services.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You must not misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt systems, infringe rights, submit unlawful content, or use the services in a way that harms other users or TulipSoft.
5. External Services
TulipSoft services may connect to external services such as Google services. External services are provided by their respective providers and may be subject to separate terms and availability.
6. Intellectual Property
TulipSoft and its licensors retain rights in the services, software, design, and content. You retain rights to data and content that you lawfully provide or create through the services.
7. Service Changes and Suspension
TulipSoft may change, suspend, or discontinue services when necessary for maintenance, security, operational reasons, legal compliance, or service improvement.
8. Account Suspension or Termination
TulipSoft may restrict or terminate access when use violates these terms, creates security risk, or is otherwise necessary to protect users, TulipSoft, or the services.
9. Data
The handling of personal information and Google user data is described in the TulipSoft Privacy Policy. Service-specific data may be retained as needed to provide the service unless it is deleted through an available product feature or by an accepted deletion request.
10. Calendar Flow Terms
Calendar Flow requires TulipSoft Login. Google Calendar is an external service provided by Google. Google Calendar OAuth is performed only when you explicitly connect Google Calendar after TulipSoft Login.
When you use Calendar Flow with Google Calendar, actions such as creating, editing, deleting, and moving events may change data in Google Calendar. Google Calendar events remain managed by Google Calendar, while Flow Links, lanes, task status, activity metadata, and diagram relationships are Calendar Flow metadata.
Disconnecting Google Calendar revokes the current Google OAuth access token and disconnects Calendar Flow from Google Calendar. It does not automatically delete Calendar Flow cloud metadata.
11. Disclaimers
TulipSoft services are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TulipSoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the services.
13. Changes to These Terms
TulipSoft may revise these terms when necessary. Updated terms become effective when published on this website unless otherwise stated.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, unless a mandatory law provides otherwise.
